NASCAR 06: Total Team Control is the ninth installment of the EA Sports NASCAR Game series. It was developed by EA Tirbon and released on August 30, 2005 for the PS2 and Xbox. The Game Cover features Hendrick Motorsports teammates Jeff Gordon, driver of the #24 Dupont Chevy and Jimmie Johnson, driver of the #48 Lowes' Chevy . The PAL game region features Kurt Busch in the #97 Iwrin Tools Ford.You have the abbility to swap to to teamates or work with them, such as Jimmie Johnson swapping to teamate Terry Labonte, or Jermey Mayfield accepting a dropback command so Kasey Kahne can win the race.There are Eight Total Commands, but you can only use 4 at a time. I preffer Swap, Dropback, work with me, and pit now if your teamate has bad damage or you want him to come in with you. Teamates can reply yes or no, and your crew chief tells why. A no reponse is more common in the pit now command and least common in the wap, where he almost always says yes. In NASCAR 06, you can buy teams in fight to the top and work with the teamates. Team Cemastry is affected by how you work with your teamates. Let's say you buy Richard Childress Racing. You can buy a sponser that works with the team (If you bought team speedzone your sponsor will be Dodge, because all 3 cars are sponsord by Dodge) Lets say you have the sponser Napa Auto Parts. You can design a paint scheame for your car, and choose a number 1-197, I prefer # 1-98 because it's more realistic. Lets say you wreck Kevin Harvick, so he's not happy with you. He might not say yes to your commands. If You work with Jeff Burton so he would win the Sharpie 500 , he will accept your commands and will help you win a race.
